SHIPPING POLICY
Delivery Scheduling
Our courier will contact you by phone to arrange your delivery. Please ensure that the contact number provided with your order is correct and reachable.
Delivery Times
- Deliveries are made 6 days a week, between 10:00 AM and 10:00 PM.
- You will receive 2 days’ advance notice before your scheduled delivery.
- Delivery to surcharge areas may take up to 3 weeks.
Free Delivery
Free delivery is available in selected areas. Please check the delivery map in the product gallery to confirm whether your location qualifies.
£40 Surcharge Areas
EX, TQ, PL, TR, LL, SY, LD, SA, DG, TD, KA, ML, KY, EH, G, FK, PA
£50 Surcharge Areas
DD, AB, PH
No Delivery Areas
KW, ZE, IV, HS, BT, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Jersey, Channel Islands
Floor Delivery
Flats / Apartments:
- Free delivery up to the 1st floor without a lift.
- £10 per additional floor.
Houses:
- Delivery is available to the ground floor only.
Redelivery
A £40 redelivery charge will apply if no one is available at the scheduled delivery time.
RETURN POLICY
Damaged Items
Please report any damage within 24 hours of delivery. Clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging are required.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unused and in their original condition.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging.
- Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
Installed Items
Items that have been partially or fully installed are non-refundable.
Please inspect your item carefully for any damage or defects before installation. Once an item has been installed, it will not be eligible for a standard return or refund.
