4. Delivery Charges

5. Damaged Items
Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear photographs of the item and packaging. Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.

6. Installed or Assembled Items
Items that have been installed or assembled are non-refundable. Customers are advised to inspect their items carefully before installation or assembly.

7. Liability
Our liability, where applicable, is limited to the value of the purchased product. We will not be responsible for losses exceeding the value of the product purchased.
